Freedom is more than waving the flag  ·  America 250

We are being watched, tagged, and tracked.

Flock Safety deploys AI-powered cameras across the entire nation, tracking your movements by vehicle.

Fight for your Fourth Amendment rights this Fourth of July.

Flock is a dragnet on a pole. It is pointed at your streets, your neighborhoods, and your stores.

This is not a fear. It is a fact.

The surveillance state is a local issue. Your county government signed the contract.

Warren County Board of Commissioners · Resolution 24-0549
An agreement with Flock Group, Inc. for "critical infrastructure security services."
Adopted April 23, 2024. They looked at a surveillance network and they called it infrastructure. They signed it. It renewed on its own. No one has stopped it. It is watching you tonight.
Master Services Agreement · §5.3 Disclosure of Footage
Flock may hand footage to "third parties" on nothing more than a "good faith belief" it is necessary.
Not a warrant. Not a judge. A belief. That is the whole standard. A company in Atlanta decides in good faith, and where your footage goes after that is no longer yours to know.

What it costs you

$0
Every year. Forever. To watch the county that raised you.
Year one (cameras + install)$0
Every year after$0
First-term total$0

It renews on its own. The watching does not pause. The bill does not stop. No one has to lift a finger for it to go on. That is the point.

They say it just reads your license plate. It reads far more, and saves it all.

YOU · WHERE YOU SLEEP
WHERE AND WHEN YOU DROP YOUR KIDS AT PRACTICE

If they aren't looking for it now, we are handing them the tools to start. The contract calls it your Vehicle Fingerprint.

Master Services Agreement · §4.3 Anonymized Data
A "perpetual", "worldwide" right to use the data for "the training of machine learning algorithms."
Read it twice. Perpetual. Worldwide. Your county handed a private company a forever right to teach its machines on everything that passes these poles. There is no expiration. There is no taking it back.

One nation of watchers

Your movements are tracked across the entire country.

Warren County operates at least

Agencies across the country
5,000+ agencies

Surveillance with no warrants. Thirteen cameras under one contract alone, wired into ten billion plate reads a month, open to five thousand agencies who will never know your name and never need to.

Their promise

They say they delete it after thirty days. They don't.

Kept as long as they like

The data isn't stored with our local Sheriff. It is sent back to Flock, and the Sheriff requests it from them. What happened to local control?

On America 250

We inherit a country that empowers us to stand up and fight.

  1. Sign up for Ian Logan's campaign.
  2. Volunteer for a community event like this one, or help in other ways.
  3. Win an election, the way only Americans can.

Technology has taken over our lives. We need leaders who understand how to live with it, and the threats that come with it.

We cannot, and should not, outsource public safety to Big Tech.

I'm Ian Logan, running for Warren County Commissioner, and I need your help to stop AI surveillance.

  • I will fight to protect your right to privacy and personal freedom.
  • I will refuse to spend taxpayer money on government surveillance.
  • I will drag the contract, the logs, and the sharing into the daylight.

The surveillance state is local. If they aren't looking for you now, we are handing them the tools to start. The American thing to do is to decide you've had enough: a world where you're not tracked, where AI works for you, where your government works for you.
